Workato lists SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS v4.0.1 Level 1, HIPAA, IRAP PROTECTED and a NIST SP 800-171A attestation; FedRAMP is not listed (October 2026). Data is encrypted with AES-256, with hourly intermediate keys and customer-managed keys supported. On-Prem Agents connect outbound with mutual TLS, and single-tenant Virtual Private Workato is available as an option.

Where is Mindflow hosted, and can it reach on-prem systems?
Mindflow hosts each customer on a dedicated tenant in Europe by default (Paris or Frankfurt) or in the region you choose, or in your own AWS account on Enterprise. Mindflow is a French company headquartered in Paris. A Relay Agent reaches on-prem systems through outbound tunnels, with AWS PrivateLink and mutual TLS available as Enterprise options.
Is Mindflow SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified?
Yes. Mindflow is SOC 2 Type II audited and ISO 27001:2022 certified. Controls include SSO, RBAC, 2FA, per-operation permissions and approvals on sensitive actions. Audit logs are kept 3 months on Business and 1 year on Enterprise, with SIEM export on Enterprise. Workato also lists SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 (October 2026).
Does Mindflow support MCP and my own LLM?
Yes. Flows call MCP servers, and the MCP Gateway sets each tool to Allowed, Needs approval or Blocked for agents in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, with every call logged. Teams can also build from Claude Code, Codex or Cursor through the platform API and MCP server. Mindflow runs on your own LLM keys, self-hosted models or Mindflow-hosted models, and your data never trains models.
Can I migrate from Workato to Mindflow?
Yes, one recipe at a time. Each SecOps, IT or Cloud Ops recipe is rebuilt as a Mindflow flow on native steps, then both run on the same webhook or alert until the outcomes match. Does Mindflow have case management?
Yes. Case Rooms are Mindflow’s native case management, built on AI··Rooms and Databases. Related alerts are grouped into one case with a status, assignee, priority and custom fields, and analysts and AI··Agents work it together in an auditable room. Flows create and update cases, and can sync them with Jira, ServiceNow or TheHive.
How fast can we go live with Mindflow?
