Where is Mindflow hosted, and can it reach on-premises systems?
Mindflow runs each Business and Enterprise customer on a dedicated tenant in Europe by default (Paris or Frankfurt) or in the region you choose, or in your own AWS account on Enterprise. A Relay Agent reaches systems on your private network through outbound tunnels. Mindflow is a French company headquartered in Paris.
Does Mindflow support MCP and my own LLM?
Yes. Mindflow is LLM-agnostic: use your own LLM keys, self-hosted models or Mindflow-hosted models, and your data never trains models. Its MCP Gateway sets each tool to Allowed, Needs approval or Blocked for agents in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, with every call logged, and flows can call your existing MCP servers.
