Before
A person would review each job title and available profile summary, compare the information with relevant cybersecurity or IT/cloud role lists, and decide which category best fit. They would then manually copy or communicate the category back to the system or requester.
How it works
- Receive a job title and optional profile summary through the webhook.
- Compare the information with cybersecurity and IT/cloud role examples while applying exclusion rules for non-target profiles.
- Return the selected Cyber, IT&Cloud, or None category to the requesting system.
Workflow details
- Role reference setup: The workflow maintains example job-title lists for cybersecurity and IT/cloud roles, including English and French variants, to guide the classification decision.
- Profile intake: A webhook receives the job title and may also provide a profile summary for additional context.
- Automated classification: An AI agent evaluates the submitted information against the role examples and explicit rules, excluding students, apprentices, interns, teachers, professors, and business or sales profiles from the Cyber and IT&Cloud categories.
- Result delivery: The agent returns only one of the permitted categories—Cyber, IT&Cloud, or None—and the workflow sends that classification back through the originating webhook.
What changed
Each submitted profile is categorized automatically using the same role references and decision rules, and the result is returned directly through the webhook without requiring a person to perform the classification or relay the answer.
Work removed
Manually reviewing each profile, searching role lists for matching titles, applying the student, educator, and business or sales exclusions, choosing a category, and copying the classification back to the requester.
Expected outcome
Removes at least one manual classification and result-copying cycle for every submitted profile, with a consistent category available immediately after processing.
